Member Relationship Specialist

As our member relationship specialist, you will help our business and consumer services teams build strong relationships with our members by providing personalized financial guidance and assisting members in achieving their financial goals. Every day, you will engage with community members to spread credit union awareness and onboard new members, manage ongoing cash management relationships of existing members, and build on current services for existing members. You’ll be our go-to for supporting the sales and implementation of members’ needs to help our members reach their goals no matter how big or small.


Here's what you can expect:

  • Identifying, attracting, and engaging new commercial and consumer members to expand our organization’s membership.
  • Conducting comprehensive financial consultations with members to understand their financial needs.
  • Recommending and promoting credit union products and services, including savings accounts, consumer and business loans, insurance, and cash management products to meet members’ needs.
  • Providing exceptional service and ongoing support to members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively communicating relevant financial information.
  • Supporting the sales and implementation of member’s cash management needs; schedule install appointments to include remote deposit capture, online banking, and positive pay.
  • ACH setup and monitoring for business member accounts
  • Effectively communicating with coworkers and members
  • Supportive, positive environment

Here’s what we expect:

  • 40 hours a week, typically 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
  • Four-year college degree preferred in an area such as business or finance
  • Minimum two years related work experience required
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Passion for service and supporting the mission and vision of Capital Credit Union
