• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and service procedures.
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals by meeting or exceeding individual performance metrics.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
