Member Services Associate

Discovery Dunes is looking for a highly organized, service-driven, and energetic Member Services Associate to join our team.

As one of the first points of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in delivering the personalized service and attention to detail that define the Discovery experience. From coordinating reservations and special requests to creating memorable moments and ensuring seamless communication across departments, no two days are ever the same. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage member requests through phone, email, messaging, and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate reservations, activities, dining, transportation, and special arrangements both on and off property.
• Build and maintain detailed member profiles to ensure highly personalized experiences.
• Collaborate closely with all operational departments to ensure requests are executed flawlessly.
• Create daily operational reports, forecasts, itineraries, and member communications.
• Support special events, activations, and member experiences across the club.
• Maintain awareness of local events, restaurants, attractions, and experiences to provide recommendations and concierge-style support.
• Help create memorable moments that exceed member expectations.

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality, private club, resort, concierge, guest relations, executive assistant, or member services role.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology platforms.
• A genuine passion for service and creating meaningful connections with people.
• Knowledge of Dubai's lifestyle, dining, entertainment, and hospitality scene is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
