Member Services Representative

Member Service Representatives will be calling our members to schedule them in a clinic or on our dental vans. We’re looking for someone who can make an impressive first impression and who can build ongoing rapport with each and every patient. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Persuading members to schedule appointment with supplied script

• Verifying insurance

• Scheduling transportation

• Setting up interpreters

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be resilient and target oriented
• Previous Call Center experience
• Bilingual preferred
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate a must
• High school diploma or GED required

Compensation

• The pay range for this opportunity is $18.00 - $20.00 an hour depending on experience.
