Position Title: Membership & Community Manager

Role Purpose
The Membership & Community Manager will lead member acquisition, engagement, retention, and community-building initiatives for Privilege Club. The role is responsible for creating meaningful member experiences through events, educational campaigns, university activations, referral programs, partnerships, and community engagement activities that strengthen brand visibility and membership growth.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Growth
- Develop and execute membership acquisition campaigns.
- Drive membership registrations through online and offline channels.
- Develop partnerships that increase member enrollment.
- Support membership conversion initiatives.
Community Building
- Create and manage member engagement programs including podcasts.
- Build and nurture an active Privilege Club community.
- Develop loyalty and advocacy initiatives.
- Increase member participation across club activities.
Events & Activations
- Plan and execute member events, podcast, roadshows, seminars, webinars, and networking sessions.
- Lead university activations and youth engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate participation in healthcare, lifestyle, and beauty events.
- Manage event logistics and execution.
Referral & Ambassador Programs
- Design and manage referral campaigns.
- Build ambassador and influencer engagement initiatives.
- Develop member advocacy programs.
- Monitor referral performance metrics.
Educational Campaigns
- Coordinate educational webinars, podcasts, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Work closely with healthcare experts and clinic partners.
- Promote evidence-based skin health and wellness education.
Content Planning
- Own the annual content calendar.
- Coordinate content requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between campaigns, events, and community engagement objectives.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor membership growth metrics.
- Track event participation and engagement performance.
- Analyze member behavior and engagement trends.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related discipline.
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in community management, membership programs, events, brand activations, or growth marketing.
- Experience managing large-scale events and partnerships is preferred.
