About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Membership Consultant to join a dynamic fitness studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell gym/fitness studio memberships and packages.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and online leads.
• Conduct studio tours and explain services, classes, and facilities.
• Follow up with prospective members and close sales effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate client records and membership data.
• Support front desk operations and member engagement activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Membership Consultant in a gym, fitness studio, or wellness center is mandatory.
• Proven sales and closing skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.
