Role Objective
The Membership Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of membership management at Katara Club, ensuring a seamless and exclusive experience for members from onboarding to renewal. This role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, nurturing long-term member relationships, and building valuable external partnerships to enhance the Katara Club lifestyle experience. The Membership Manager plays a key role in curating the member journey, maintaining the Club’s elite image, and driving membership satisfaction and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities
Membership Management & Administration
- Oversee the entire membership lifecycle including applications, onboarding, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain an updated and accurate membership database and CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with membership policies and high service consistency.
- Develop and execute member communication strategies, updates, and events.
Member Experience & Hospitality
- Deliver a personalized and proactive approach to member service, ensuring every interaction reflects Katara Club’s luxury standards.
- Manage the member journey from first contact to ongoing engagement, ensuring exclusivity and attention to detail.
- Handle VIP requests, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with internal departments to elevate the member experience across all Club touchpoints.
Partnerships & Benefits Development
- Identify and secure external partnerships (luxury brands, hotels, restaurants, lifestyle services) to provide added value to members.
- Negotiate preferential rates, offers, and collaborations aligned with Katara Club’s prestige.
- Manage partnership communications, implementation, and performance tracking.
Sales, Retention & Reporting
- Support the growth of the membership base through referrals, corporate relations, and high-quality leads.
- Monitor membership renewals, churn rate, and satisfaction scores.
- Develop reports on membership metrics, partnership outcomes, and engagement KPIs.
Events & Engagement
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams to organize exclusive member events, activations, and experiences.
- Ensure events reflect the Club’s elite image and strengthen community engagement.
Other Duties
- Take on additional membership-related tasks as assigned by management, within the scope of the role.
