Job Description
As Membership Manager, you will be responsible for driving Sales and Marketing for multiple F45 Branches via telesales, digital marketing and direct to business channels. The right candidate should have sales or customer service experience in fitness or wellness space, knowledge of working with CRMs and handling social media channels, strong English language skills and passion for fitness. You should love consultative selling, be organized and process oriented to use CRMs and follow processes, be results-driven and motivated to work independently. This is a full-time or part-time role, with 6 days a week (number of hours daily depending on full time or part time). You will be based at one of our F45 branches.

Qualifications
Graduation or diploma in a relevant field.  1-2 years experience in customer service or sales role or internships in relevant area. Demonstrated passion or flair for fitness and nutrition. Knowledge and experience of working with CRM software or task management softwares, social media channels and using Canva. Strong spoken and written English skills. Arabic or other language skills will be a bonus.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage telemarketing for multiple branches and handle the lead to sales journey using the CRM software provided. This involves connecting daily with leads generated through social media ads, and inquiries generated through walk-ins and referrals.
• Deliver a high conversion on leads and trials through consultative selling, representing the F45 brand and service and providing correct information about F45 workouts and membership options
• Daily and monthly reporting on sales performance indicators
• Deliver on a high service levels, by prompt and high quality responses
• Liaison with social media agencies to give feedback on effective ads and best utilization of marketing budgets
• Develop and nurture alternate channels of lead generation in form of partnerships with businesses in the neighborhood such as schools, corporates, retail segment
• Create social media content that educates and promotes effectiveness of F45 workouts, aimed at creating more brand awareness
