Position: Sales Manager – Telecom Modern Trade,

Salary: AED 7,000–9,000 per month, based on relevant experience, plus performance-based sales incentives.
UAE Driving Licence: Mandatory

Role Summary:

Spicetel is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead its Telecom Modern Trade operations across the UAE. The role involves managing a geographically dispersed field sales team, driving outlet productivity, developing frontline leadership, maintaining retail-partner relationships, and ensuring ethical and compliant sales practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver monthly sales, revenue, productivity, and quality targets.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Team Managers and Sales Executives.
• Conduct regular market and outlet visits across the UAE.
• Develop outlet-level performance and recovery plans.
• Manage staffing, deployment, attendance, retention, and succession requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with telecom-principal and retail-partner representatives.
• Monitor customer complaints, clawbacks, mis-selling, and compliance risks.
• Prepare performance dashboards and present action plans to senior management.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and other support functions.
• Build a performance-oriented, ethical, and sustainable sales culture.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 02 years of managerial experience in GCC Modern Trade, preferably within UAE telecom sales.
• Proven experience managing a large, multi-location field sales team.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving staff productivity.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales operations, performance management, customer experience, and compliance controls.
• Strong analytical, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
