Sales Manager - Joinery / Interior / Fitout

Geometry Home Furniture Manufacturing LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Joinery / Interior / Fit-Out to drive business growth and develop new project opportunities across the UAE market.

The ideal candidate will have experience in furniture, joinery, interior fit-out, or construction-related sales, with strong client relationship skills and the ability to identify, develop, and convert business opportunities into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the joinery, furniture, and interior fit-out sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with property developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients
• Generate project inquiries and schedule meetings with prospective clients
• Present company products, services, and capabilities to potential customers
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations
• Follow up on submitted quotations and business opportunities
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects
• Monitor market activities and identify opportunities for business growth
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
• Prepare sales reports and maintain records of client interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within the joinery, furniture, interior fit-out, or construction industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience generating project opportunities and developing client relationships
• Good understanding of furniture, joinery, and fit-out projects
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and opportunities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• UAE driving license

Preferred

• Existing professional network within the UAE construction, real estate, hospitality, interior design, or fit-out sectors
• Experience working with furniture manufacturing or joinery companies
