Cheese Sales Manager -French National

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected French-speaking Sales Manager to drive the growth of our portfolio of premium artisan French cheeses across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in premium food sales within the UAE, particularly with hotels, restaurants, and luxury hospitality groups. They must have an established network of contacts across the UAE’s major hotel groups and be capable of opening doors, developing relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for artisan French cheese across the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major hotel groups, luxury hotels, restaurants, chefs, purchasing managers, and F&B directors.
• Leverage an existing network of contacts within leading UAE hospitality groups to generate new business.
• Identify and secure new hotel and restaurant accounts while growing sales with existing customers.
• Present and promote our French cheese portfolio to chefs, buyers, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product tastings, presentations, and chef demonstrations where appropriate.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales while protecting margins.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Achieve agreed sales, revenue, and margin targets.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the UAE food and hospitality market.
• Strong experience selling premium, gourmet, specialty, or imported food products.
• Existing relationships and multiple active contacts within major UAE hotel groups are essential.
• Established network among luxury hotels, restaurants, chefs, procurement teams, and F&B decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality and foodservice landscape.
• Fluent French and English preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
