Membership Sales Consultant / Gym Receptionist

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to promote and sell gym memberships, provide excellent customer service, and help new members get started on their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell gym memberships to prospective clients.
• Conduct tours of the facility and explain membership benefits.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of gym services, promotions, and pricing.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, fitness, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
