We are looking for a
“Membership Sales Manager”
position at Kemer Country Club.
Duties and Responsibilities

Creating a database to reach potential members and target audience; development of general and intra-club ways to reach them,

Gathering strategic information, benchmarks, catching opportunities by reporting in CRM,

Analyzing and implementing sales techniques suitable for customer and target audience potential,
-
Controlling agreements and payments follow-up,
-
Controlling the smooth running of daily sales and after-sales operations,
-
Spending time with members and developing relationships,
-
Regular, complete and accurate preparation of reports,
-
Making the P&L of the Membership Sales Department and controlling and following up the financials monthly,
-
Determining sales prices when necessary and presenting them to the upper management,
-
Participating in training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills when necessary,
-
Managing the calendar, meticulously following up and distributing meeting results, detailed documentation and record tracking in our CRM program,
-
Continuing collaborations with other departments, carrying out joint studies for the continuity of processes, to achieve the annual sales target.
Qualifications

Graduated from a university with a Business, Marketing, Sports Management or equivalent Bachelor's Degree,
-
Worked in a Sales Manager position for at least 5 years,

Good verbal, written and presentation English communication skills,

Has internal and external 'C' level communication competence,

Proven success in generating potential customers, closing sales, and making collections on time,
-
Knows the importance of member satisfaction, adopts a solution and result-oriented approach,
-
Compatible with teamwork,
-
Can use MS Office programs effectively,
-
Has skills in using Social Media and Linkedin.
