Job Summary:
The Membership Specialist handles membership operations, including application processing, database management, and member engagement activities, while supporting initiatives aimed at growing and retaining the association’s membership base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process membership applications, onboarding, and renewals.
- Respond to membership inquiries and provide timely support.
- Maintain and update membership records and databases accurately.
- Track membership leads, applications, and engagement activities.
- Support membership growth initiatives and engagement programs.
- Prepare membership reports and analytics for internal review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support member participation in events and activities.
- Maintain membership documentation in a centralized system (e.g., SharePoint).
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in membership, sales, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM or membership management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong relationship management skills.
Additional Information:
- Experience in associations or membership-based organizations is preferred.
- Priority consideration will be given to GCC nationals.
