This role is pivotal in shaping the narratives, memes, and community energy that drive meme coin culture. We are building something designed to spread across timelines, not just exist.

This is a fun project — creative, absurd, internet-native.
But it’s also serious work — fast-paced, high-output, and execution-driven.

Compensation:
$20/hour
Base pay covers execution. Upside is tied to how far the narrative spreads.

If you help build something that gains real traction, you participate in that upside.

Duties

• Develop and execute creative strategies to build and scale meme coin culture across ETH and SOL communities
• Craft repeatable meme formats, narratives, and content that drive identity and engagement
• Shape tone, voice, and personality across platforms including X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord
• Monitor social platforms and communities to identify trends, shifts, and emerging cultural signals
• Adapt narratives quickly based on ecosystem momentum and attention flow
• Collaborate with creators, influencers, and community members to amplify reach
• Analyze community sentiment and engagement to refine storytelling and positioning
• Contribute consistently — output, testing, and iteration are key

Experience

• Strong understanding of meme mechanics:
• Immediate recognition
• Relatability
• Repeatability
• Contrast
• Active participation in crypto communities (ETH and/or SOL preferred)
• Deep familiarity with Crypto Twitter (CT), Telegram, and Discord culture
• Proven ability to create or identify viral or highly shareable content
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into simple, clear, and engaging formats
• Experience with social media analytics or community tracking tools is a plus
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, creative, and execution-focused environment
