Job Purpose:
Lead all procurement system activities within region.

What you will be doing:

• Vetting and onboarding new vendors
• Ensure all vendors’ documents are in alignment with in-country legal requirements
• Add vendors to Finance system.
• Link products for vendors based on portal registration and ERP
• Link Cost centers per client in alignment with finance guidelines
• Upload Vendor details to KYC platform and perform screening
• Provide technical support for vendors during registration.

What you will bring:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• 0-2 Years Experience.
• Good communicator and relationship builder
• Ability to work flexibly with minimal supervision with a remote reporting line.
• Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• SAP is a must.
• Detailed oriented.
• English and Arabic speaker.
• French is mandatory.
