Men’s Grille Bartender (Locker Room Attendant)

Job Requirements:

· Serving experience required

· Bartending experience required

· Professional, friendly, detail oriented and reliable

· Neat, clean and well-kept appearance

· Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment and maintain high standards

· Willing to go above and beyond to provide outstanding service to our members and guests

· Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

· Current Ramp or Tip Training

· Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

· Learn and retain menu and bar knowledge

· Making cocktails following Club standards

· Taking and inputting orders with accuracy

· Utilizing proper fine dining serving and clearing techniques

· Setting up and restocking of bar area

· Maintaining clean and organized work areas

· Shoe cleaning and repair as needed

· Restocking locker room supplies as needed

· Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Butler Country Club is a Team Oriented environment. Staff is expected to assist other Club areas as needed, such as main floor dining and banquets.

Hour rate plus tips.
