Inspired is looking for YOU — a part-time or full-time Mental Health Clinician to join our team in Easton and Hanover. This is a primarily in-person role for clinicians with a Master’s or PhD in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Education, or Psychology.

Hours:

• Full-time: 2:00–8:00 PM (full benefits eligible)
• Part-time: 3:00–7:00 PM (12-27 hours/week)
• Or weekend availability (huge plus)

You get them. You don’t talk at them, you connect with them. You can handle silence, sarcasm, eye rolls, and the occasional “I don’t know”, and still make real progress happen.

You bring creativity into the room and structure behind the scenes. Your documentation is clean, your boundaries are solid, and your sessions actually go somewhere.

If therapy sessions were music, you wouldn’t be elevator jazz.

You’d be something with energy, edge, and just enough unpredictability to keep people engaged.

You’re comfortable in a team that’s real; direct feedback, collaboration, occasional chaos, and a lot of shared purpose. You don’t need hand-holding, but you do want to grow.

You’re excited by:

• Building strong relationships with teens and their families
• Being part of a team that actually cares about doing this work well
• Getting better at what you do, not just going through the motions

We work with teens, young adults, adults, and families — but if teens are your zone of genius, we want to hear from you.

This is a 15–28 hour/week part-time or full-time position, depending on availability. Pay range listed is for full-time.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $89,500.00 per year
