Mental Health Clinician II (Crisis Center)
Join our Mental Health Crisis Center team and provide critical, client-centered care using a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches.
What You’ll Do-
Facilitate evidenced-based clinical, psycho-educational & recreational groups on the unit milieu

Deliver cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing mental health and substance use concerns

Support Crisis Center programming and daily unit activities

Provide 1:1 crisis counseling, consultation, treatment recommendations, and assist with discharge planning

Conduct post-discharge follow-up with clients and community partners

Collaborate in multidisciplinary team and committee meetings to ensure coordinated care

Additionally, a LADC or provisional preferred
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in social work, psychology, sociology or related field supplemented by a Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or related field plus five years of experience as a Mental Health Clinician I or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills is required.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMPH) credential.
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week.
