Southwest Integrated Behavioral Health (formerly Southwest Neuropsychology & Behavioral Health) is a locally owned company, founded in 2011. SWIBH is excited to announce that we are currently seeking a full-time, independently-licensed therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT)who is passionate about their craft to work in our outpatient Therapy clinic. This will be a hybrid position, with opportunities for both in-person and telehealth service delivery. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who is excited to work with a collaborative team to provide evidence-based, client-centered psychotherapy tailored to a client’s individual mental health needs.

While we are seeking a full-time therapist, we also have scaled employment options for part-time hours, and encourage interested professionals to apply. Skillfulness, experience, culture, and team values are our first priorities and will be weighed heavily irrespective of your availability.

Population: Primarily age 18-75, with potential options to see pediatric clients. Treatment populations typically include anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, obsessive compulsive & related disorders, trauma/stressor related disorders, bipolar related disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, evidence-based psychotherapeutic and behavioral health interventions to clients, tailored to the client’s individual needs.
  • Maintain 35-38 (anticipated) billable clinical hours per week for full time applicants.
  • Manage a caseload of clients dependent on your full or part-time classification.
  • Provide excellent service to patients, including timely, professional, and respectful communication, while adhering to HIPAA regulations and SWIBH policies and procedures.
  • Update and maintain client’s EHR charts and clinical records (assessments, treatment plans, contact/session notes) according to practice, State, and industry standards, while adhering to HIPAA regulations and SWIBH policies and procedures.
  • Understand and uphold SWIBH’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values
  • Maintain an active license in the state of New Mexico in good standing

Requirements:

  • Be an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) in the state of New Mexico
  • Ability to work with clients with a variety of behavioral health diagnosis(es)
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in outpatient and clinic settings
  • Desire to improve the lives of the clients you work with
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Current curriculum vitae & 3 professional references

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 annual salary, depending on experience & availability
  • 401(k): 3% employer contribution (this is a contribution, not a match, and is made regardless of employee contributions)
  • 10 days of PTO/vacation time annually for full time applicants

  • NM Sick Leave (accrued at a rate of 1 paid hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed annual caps)
