Mental Health Therapist

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments and data collection to understand clients' mental health needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Facilitate child and family counseling sessions, addressing issues that affect family dynamics.
• Implement psychotherapy techniques to help clients cope with emotional and psychological challenges.
• Utilize medical terminology and coding accurately in documentation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent certification In Pennsylvania.
• Experience in mental health counseling with knowledge of various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong skills in data collection, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in mental health practice.
