Mentor & Curriculum Developer – Public Speaking

About the Role

Score Merit is looking for an experienced Mentor & Curriculum Developer for our Public Speaking Program. The ideal candidate will design structured, engaging, and skill-oriented content for students from Grades KG–12 and guide teachers on effectively using the curriculum to achieve the best learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a comprehensive Public Speaking curriculum tailored for various grade levels.
• Train teachers on how to effectively use the curriculum to enhance student confidence, articulation, and presentation skills.
• Develop lesson plans, practice activities, and assessments aligned with global communication standards.
• Integrate creative methodologies to support both online and hybrid learning environments.

Requirements

• Master’s in English / Linguistics.
• Certifications such as TESOL, TOEFL, or IELTS (preferred).
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in teaching, training, or curriculum development.
• Strong command over Public Speaking, Communication Skills, and Language Development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with international curricula (Cambridge / IB / IGCSE / CBSE) is an advantage.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
