Senior Preschool Teacher

The Pre Primary & Sr. Pre Primary Teacher plays a crucial role in shaping early childhood education by guiding young learners and mentoring junior teachers. They are responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that fosters children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum: Implement a progressive and culturally appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
• Classroom Management: Establish a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Teaching & Learning: Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage children in interactive and meaningful learning experiences.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and support junior teachers, ensuring best practices in early childhood education.
• Child Development Monitoring: Observe, assess, and document children's learning progress, behavior, and social interactions.
• Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents, providing insights into their child's development and fostering strong partnerships.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and participate in training sessions.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and create a secure environment for children.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in preschool teaching.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
