MEP Administrative Coordinator (Female Preferred)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive MEP Office Administrator & Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling office coordination, project documentation, client communications, and supporting daily operations for MEP projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administration and coordination works
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, LPOs, reports, and project documents
  • Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, suppliers, and clients
  • Follow up on emails, approvals, schedules, and material requests
  • Maintain project records, filing systems, and document control
  • Assist in tender submissions and project coordination
  • Prepare Excel reports and update project status trackers
  • Coordinate staff attendance, gate passes, and office requirements
  • Answer calls and professionally communicate with clients and suppliers
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in MEP / construction / technical services field preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of quotations, invoices, and project documentation is an advantage
  • English speaking and writing required
  • Arabic speaking is an advantage

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
