We are looking for a highly organized and proactive MEP Office Administrator & Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling office coordination, project documentation, client communications, and supporting daily operations for MEP projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration and coordination works
- Prepare quotations, invoices, LPOs, reports, and project documents
- Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, suppliers, and clients
- Follow up on emails, approvals, schedules, and material requests
- Maintain project records, filing systems, and document control
- Assist in tender submissions and project coordination
- Prepare Excel reports and update project status trackers
- Coordinate staff attendance, gate passes, and office requirements
- Answer calls and professionally communicate with clients and suppliers
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in MEP / construction / technical services field preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of quotations, invoices, and project documentation is an advantage
- English speaking and writing required
- Arabic speaking is an advantage

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
