About the Role

The MEP & Testing and Commissioning Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering all MEP testing, commissioning, and handover activities across a large-scale mixed-use and hospitality giga project. The role ensures that all MEP systems are fully tested, commissioned, integrated, compliant, and operational in accordance with project requirements, Saudi codes, and international hospitality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP delivery and commissioning on large-scale mixed-use or hospitality projects.
  • Proven experience as MEP Manager / T&C Manager on high-end hotels, resorts, or giga developments.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems integration, commissioning methodologies, and hospitality operational standards.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates within Saudi Arabia with transferrable iqama will be prioritized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ﷼35,000.00 per month
