
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the MEP Supervisor in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities.
- Supervise MEP technicians and monitor work performance.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed as scheduled.
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building services systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, and service reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report major faults, breakdowns, and operational issues to the MEP Supervisor.
- Conduct toolbox talks and support technician training initiatives.
