MEP Assistant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the MEP Supervisor in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities.
• Supervise MEP technicians and monitor work performance.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed as scheduled.
• Inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building services systems.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, and service reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report major faults, breakdowns, and operational issues to the MEP Supervisor.
• Conduct toolbox talks and support technician training initiatives.
