MEP BIM Coordinator - Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator & Team Leader to lead BIM delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary models, and ensure high-quality BIM outputs aligned with project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MEP BIM team (MEP modelers / coordinators)
• Coordinate MEP models (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, ELV) with Architecture & Structure
• Run and manage clash detection and issue resolution workflows
• Prepare and maintain BIM execution workflows (LOD, naming, shared parameters, model health)
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and deliverables
• Produce and manage:

• Clash reports
• Coordination reports
• BIM QA/QC checklists
• Shop drawings / coordinated drawings support

• Attend coordination meetings and communicate technical solutions clearly
• Support project managers with BIM progress tracking and team productivity

Required Software Skills

• Autodesk Revit (MEP) – advanced level
• Autodesk Navisworks Manage – clash detection & coordination
• Autodesk ACC / BIM 360 – model collaboration and issue tracking
• AutoCAD – coordination and legacy deliverables
• Dynamo (bonus)
• Solibri / Revizto (bonus)

AI & Automation Tools (Strong Advantage)

• ChatGPT (BIM documentation, checklists, workflows, reporting templates)
• Dynamo scripts / Revit add-ins for automation and efficiency
• Experience using data-driven coordination (parameters, schedules, dashboards)

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in BIM (MEP focus)
• Strong understanding of:

BIM coordination workflows

• Model federation & issue management
• LOD / LOI requirements
• IFC / COBie basics (preferred)
• Leadership mindset: ability to coach, review, and elevate team output

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Revit MEP: 3 years (Required)
