Company Overview:
We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Engineer to join our dynamic team and support our projects with advanced BIM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed MEP BIM models (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other disciplines to avoid clashes.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using BIM tools.
• Support project teams in the implementation and maintenance of BIM standards and workflows.
• Generate schedules, material take-offs, and BOQs from the BIM model.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Conduct model reviews and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an MEP BIM Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills
