<ul><li>Bachelor or Diploma in Engineering or any related course, BIM-related certifications are preferred.</li><li>At least 5-7 years of work experience in the same position handling building construction projects</li><li>Draft plans of design, layout and color schemes that take into consideration the preferences of the clients.</li><li>Knowledge in MEP concepts and design principles</li><li>Proficient in the use of Revit and AutoCAD</li><li>Knowledge of drafting related to MEP</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>

Collaborating closely with engineers and clients, the MEP BIM Modeler creates accurate 3D models and detailed plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using Revit and AutoCAD. This role ensures functional design aligned to client preferences on building projects, influencing efficiency from concept through construction.
