MEP BIM MODELER

DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for MEP BIM Modeler in Doha, Qatar

Project Location: Qatar & Dubai

Industry: Construction / AEC

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in MEP BIM Modeling (AEC Industry)

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• MEP BIM modeling using Revit & AutoCAD
• Prepare LOD 400 & LOD 500 BIM models
• LOD 400 to be developed as per consultant design & project requirements
• Update BIM models ( LOD 500) based on:

• Red-line markups

• Site survey reports

• Laser scanning / point cloud inputs
• Maintain BIM data as per project and client requirements

* ⁠MEP Discipline : HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Electrical

Skill Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of MEP services and construction practices
• Good understanding of BIM standards, coordination & documentation
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

* ⁠Candidates with COBie experience will be preferred
