MEP BIM Modeler

Urgently Hiring | MEP BIM Modeler – Dubai, UAE

We are urgently looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler with UAE project experience to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed MEP BIM models up to LOD 450
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings and MEP layouts
• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
• Create HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Fire Fighting BIM models
• Prepare builders work drawings, sections, and as-built drawings
• Generate BOQs and MEP schedules
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams for revisions and updates
• Conduct site visits for measurements and project coordination when required
• Ensure all drawings and models comply with project standards and authority requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 2–6 years of UAE experience as an MEP BIM Modeler
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Fighting systems
• Knowledge of clash detection and MEP coordination
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates must currently be available in the UAE
