About the Role

Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in BIM modeling for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary services and support project delivery using Autodesk Revit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate full MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) using Autodesk Revit.
• Create detailed models for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate solutions with project stakeholders.
• Produce shop drawings, layouts, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure all models comply with BIM standards, project requirements, and specifications.
• Participate in coordination meetings and support project delivery activities.
• Collaborate with engineers, draftsmen, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and integration.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as an MEP BIM Modeler.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of MEP systems and BIM coordination workflows.
• Experience in clash detection and resolving coordination issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
