MEP BIM modeler (Electrical and Mechanical)

Immediate Hiring –MEP BIM Modeler

We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler (Electrical and Mechanical) in Dubai.

Requirements:
Experience - 5 years
Preferred GCC experience
Must be available for Face-to-Face interview only
Work type - 3 months and renewable (Visa will be provided)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit MEP as per project requirements
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings
• Perform clash detection and resolve clashes with other disciplines
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
• Ensure models comply with project specifications and UAE standards
• Update BIM models based on design changes and site inputs
• Support preparation of as-built drawings
• Follow BIM standards, workflows, and naming conventions
• Attend coordination meetings as required
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks
