We’re seeking an experienced MEP BIM Technician to join our multidisciplinary design team. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing detailed MEP models, coordination drawings, and BIM documentation for U.S., U.K., and Middle Eastern projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain Revit MEP models with precision and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and civil teams to resolve clashes and ensure design integrity.
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and documentation directly from BIM models.
• Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards for data accuracy.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or related software.
• Support project engineers and assist in maintaining project BIM files and libraries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience as a BIM or Revit MEP Technician.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Familiarity with LOD standards, IFC file management, and BIM 360 workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
