Electrical/Electronics Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for both the flexo imaging machines and related industrial equipment. This includes both electrical (PLCs, automation systems) and mechanical systems.

• Aftersales Service: Provide on-site service for clients, including repairs, diagnostics, and optimization of machines to ensure minimal downtime.

• Electrical Maintenance: Handle the maintenance of the PLC-based control systems. Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic issues using industry-standard diagnostic tools.

• Mechanical Maintenance: Oversee and perform routine mechanical tasks (e.g., servicing of rollers, pneumatic components, and motors). Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to machine movement, pressure systems.

• Installation & Calibration: Assist with the installation and calibration of new machines and equipment at client sites.

• Training: Provide basic operational and troubleshooting training to clients to ensure smooth operation of equipment.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and work completed. Required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Electronics & Automation: Strong background in electronics and PLC systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PLC-controlled systems.

• Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical components (motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems). Experience with routine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Machine Diagnostics: Experience in diagnosing and solving issues in complex industrial equipment.

• Industrial Equipment Maintenance: Prior experience in maintaining industrial equipment, with a focus on high-powered machinery and automated systems.

• Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and manuals.

• Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with frequent travel to client sites for installations, repairs, and service.

Preferred Experience:

• Industry Experience: While not mandatory, experience in industries using similar flexo printing or imaging equipment would be an advantage.

• Relevant Certifications: A degree or certification in mechatronics, electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills for aftersales support.
