MEP / Building Automation Technician

We are looking for a MEP / Building Automation Technician with hands-on experience in Building Automation Systems (BMS) and MEP-related automation works for residential and commercial projects.

Education:

• Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical, or a related MEP field.
• Specialization or certification in Building Automation / BMS is mandatory.
• KNX / Schneider Electric certification is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, wiring, testing, and maintenance of Building Automation Systems (BMS).
• Work with HVAC controls, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
• Electrical wiring works for residential and commercial buildings.
• Installation and support of control panels, starters (DOL, Star-Delta, RDOL).
• Assist in testing & commissioning activities.
• Integration support with Fire Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
• Read and understand MEP drawings and site layouts.
• Troubleshooting and on-site technical support.

Required Skills:

• Practical experience with BMS / KNX / Schneider systems.
• Good understanding of HVAC & MEP systems.
• Knowledge of electrical protection devices (MCB, MCCB, RCCB, ELCB).
• Ability to work on-site and follow technical instructions.

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Experience in residential & commercial projects.
• UAE/Gulf experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of IoT or automation networking.
