Electrician – Maintenance & Projects (Dubai)

A maintenance and contracting company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Electrician to handle electrical maintenance, repair, and installation works across residential and commercial sites.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independent troubleshooting and delivering safe, neat, and reliable electrical works.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance and repair works for villas, apartments, offices, and shops.
• Install and replace switches, sockets, lights, isolators, and power points.
• Perform electrical wiring, fault finding, and repairs.
• Inspect and maintain distribution boards (DBs), MCBs, and circuits.
• Attend breakdown calls and emergency electrical issues.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with standards.
• Report completed jobs to supervisors.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as an Electrician in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, DBs, switches, sockets, and lighting systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently.
• Experience in maintenance or contracting companies preferred.
• Understanding of HVAC systems
• Must be currently based in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related trade.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Experience working under AMC or maintenance contracts.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 1,800 – 2,800/month (based on experience)
