MEP & Civil Site Manager

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Site Resource (MEP / Construction) to oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and finishing works at our project site located at Madison Square Mall – Royal Swiss Gulberg, Lahore.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site execution, contractor coordination, and quality control, with the ability to independently manage site activities and ensure timely project delivery as per standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting systems) at site
• Oversee civil and finishing works coordination alongside MEP activities
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth workflow
• Monitor project timelines, daily progress, and material utilization
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Identify technical issues on-site and provide practical solutions
• Review and verify work done, measurements, and contractor billing
• Maintain proper site documentation and reporting
• Support project management in achieving timely project completion

Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution
• Good understanding of construction coordination (civil + MEP integration)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and team coordination
• Attention to detail with focus on quality control
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and site pressure

Qualifications:

• BSc/BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, OR
• DAE (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) with 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in commercial projects (malls, hotels, or high-rise buildings)
• Hands-on experience in MEP execution and site supervision

Preferred:

• Experience working on mixed-use developments or mall projects
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, fire fighting, and electrical panels
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel for reporting
• Strong grip on finishing coordination with MEP works

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
