MEP & Civil supervisor

The MEP & Civil Supervisor will be responsible for supervising mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and minor civil works within interior fit-out projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site supervision skills, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities  Supervise and coordinate MEP and civil works on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and standards.  Monitor installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and related systems.  Oversee minor civil works (partitions, flooring, masonry, etc.) as required.  Coordinate with MEP engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.  Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of all MEP & civil installations.  Enforce safety standards and site regulations.  Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and assist in project handover documentation.  Maintain Daily Reporting to Site Engineer/ Project Manager.

Requirements

 Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

 3–5 years of experience supervising MEP & civil works in interior fit-out projects.

 Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil finishing works.

 Ability to interpret shop drawings and specifications.

 Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Ability to manage subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams. Salary Range: OMR 200. Accommodation will provide
