Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Construction Manager located in Sharjah. The MEP Construction Manager will be responsible for managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of projects. The role includes overseeing project budgets, coordinating submittals, and ensuring project completion within the stipulated time and cost. The MEP Construction Manager will also be involved in procurement, quality management, and liaising with consultants, clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing skills
• Experience in Project Management and Budgeting
• Skills in handling project submittals
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8+ years UAE experience as MEP Construction Manager is highly desirable
