MEP Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MEP Construction Manager with a strong mechanical background to oversee and manage MEP construction activities for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, coordination, planning, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of all MEP works in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all MEP construction activities at site.
• Lead project execution for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, water supply, and associated MEP systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and schedule.
• Review and monitor shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings with stakeholders.
• Support procurement and commercial teams with technical requirements.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
