MEP Coordinator

Job Title: MEP Coordinator (Buildings)

Location: Saadiyat Abu Dhabi

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator with a strong background in building projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across various disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. Previous experience working on ALDAR projects will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise MEP works across different disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and local authority requirements.
• Review design/shop drawings, resolve discrepancies, and highlight technical issues.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor site progress and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Prepare and track project reports, schedules, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 -10years of experience as an MEP Coordinator in building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and standards.
• ALDAR project experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve technical challenges on-site.

Salary & Benefits:

• 15,000-18,000 AED.
• Company Visa + insurance
• Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
