Provision of support to the COO in Operations in areas of budgeting, reporting, performance, event readiness, and projects. The role requires coordination with Operations departments to gather information, follow up on activities, and ensure alignment with ADAC’s strategic performance management framework, scorecard, and corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, communicate, and plan divisional and departmental objectives in line with corporate strategic goals and performance frameworks.
- Propose KPIs with specific targets aligned with ADAC’s operational model and strategy.
- Prepare yearly OGSMs (Objectives, Goals, and Strategic Measures) for COO’s direct reports and maintain OGSM registers.
- Develop and amend divisional/departmental report templates, consolidate business plans, and ensure alignment with corporate cycles.
- Lead the budget preparation cycle (OPEX, CAPEX projects and expenditure), analyze financial reports, monitor variations, and propose optimization opportunities.
- Verify business cases and CAPEX project presentations for endorsement by the Investment Committee.
- Review budget shortfalls and recommend appropriate allocations.
- Consolidate and report divisional/departmental objectives, KPIs, achievements, and updates into the Monthly Performance Report for COO review.
- Engage departments to address performance slippage and enhance performance.
- Facilitate one-to-one performance reviews between COO and direct reports.
- Enhance reporting tools, templates, trackers, and dashboards for operational and financial performance.
- Maintain proper archiving of reports, presentations, trackers, and other documentation.
- Provide guidance, knowledge transfer, and identify training needs with focus on Emiratization.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of executive reports, department reports, safety performance reports, and CAPEX project registers.
- Monitor operational performance against targets, audit findings (internal/external), and address performance slippage.
- Conduct benchmarking and analyze international/regional best practices for operational excellence.
Prepare presentations, agendas, and minutes of meetings for executive/COO/CEO committees as required.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Science.
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Aviation Management or a related field.
