MEP Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across project sites, The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on site experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all MEP-related activities in line with project requirements
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Ensure proper coordination between Operational Manager, Project Manager ,Consultant and Client representative
• Liaise with consultants, Client, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth execution
• Monitor MEP installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Attend coordination meetings, site meetings, and progress review meetings
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges promptly
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and company standards
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an MEP Coordinator in construction projects in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Experience in reviewing and coordinating MEP drawings and site execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit or Navisworks is an advantage
• Good understanding of construction standards, codes, and safety practices
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Candidates must be available to join immediately
