Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Audio Engineering, or related field
Minium 10 years of work experience in AV coordination / Experience in construction projects
Strong understanding of MEP services (HVAC, electrical, ELV, and IT systems)
Knowledge of AV system design, integration, and commissioning (audo routing, video distribution, control systems)
Familiarity with AV control platforms (e.g, Creston, AMX, Extron) is an advantage
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong project coordination, communicating and leadership skills,
Problem-solving abitliy with attention to detail
Good knowledge of industry standards (e.g., AVIXA, CTS preferred)
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and AV design tools/software
Professional certifications (CTS, CTS.D, CTS-I) are an advantage
Experience in commercial, hospitality, corporate, or public projects preferred

For the expansion of an existing indoor Theme Park facility at Warner Bros. World in Abu Dhabi we are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator / Manager.

Key responsibilities:
Oversee the review, coordination, and integration of MEP designs with overall project plans.
Ensure systems are designed to meet specifications, codes, and standards
Review technical submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications.
Manage MEP subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, and other contractors
Develop detailed bid scopes and negotiate with potential MEP teams
Manage MEP project budgets, including cost estimating and control.
Plan and monitor the installation of MEP systems to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure all MEP work complies with local codes, regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Implement and enforce quality control procedures
Oversee the installation and commissioning of all MEP systems
Resolve technical or site-related issues that arise during installation
Ensure project handover includes as-built drawings, operation manuals, and training.
