• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent estimation and cost analysis skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Power Point Presentations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Preparation of Presentations and Schedule
• Rate Analysis
• Site Co-ordination

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP & Civil Interior Fitouts
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
