Job description

• Design various Type of Projects Including Residential, Commercial, Institution, Hospitals, Landscape, Townships, Corporate Houses, etc.
• Craft models and drawings of Electrical & ELV Service using CAD

Electrical Services

• Utility Service & Power Distribution Systems
• Emergency/standby Power Generation Systems
• Cogeneration Systems
• Short Circuit & Coordination Studies
• Electrical Load Calculation, Capacity & Demand Analysis
• Single Line Diagrams of Panels
• Exterior lighting systems
• MEP Central Utilities Design

ELV Services

• IT & Networking Systems
• Telephone & Intercom Systems
• Fire Detection Systems
• Public Address Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Security & Surveillances Systems
• ICT Systems
• Professional Audio-Visual System for Theatres & Auditorium

Preparing

• Bill of quantities with specifications,
• Estimates for the BOQ
• Technical specifications
• Commissioning plans and reports
• Construction/ Shop Drawing submittal review
• Improve existing processes& Drawings
• Ensure compliance with the all IS Standards, Building Codes &safety standards
• Maintain accurate records
• Ensure Drawings are easy to ready & meets all technical requirement of projects
• Write detailed reports
• Find creative design solutions to problems
• Present designs& Drawings to customers and project managers
• Site Supervision & Site Visits
• Self-Driven, Must work independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Requirements and skills

• Previous experience as a Electrical Design Engineer or a similar role
• Proven experience using CAD software& MS Office
• Good understanding of IS Standards, Building Codes & safety standards for a design
• Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers
• Great computational and spatial ability
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Attention to detail
• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering or Certified Electrical Design Engineer from reputed MEP Training Institutes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs. 30,000 - 75,000.00 per month
