MEP DESIGN MANGER

• Lead the design process for MEP systems, with a particular focus on electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, etc.).
• Review and validate MEP design documents, drawings, and specifications from consultants.
• Manage external MEP consultants, ensuring design quality, compliance with codes, and alignment with project goals.
• Prepare/Review and shop drawings, technical submittals, and material samples.
• Ensure all MEP designs, calculations comply with local, national, and international standards.
• Attend design and coordination meetings and lead discussions related to MEP services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in MEP design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, Electrical calculations, codes, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, ETAP).
• Should have strong knowledge in Auto CAD.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
