MEP Designer - HVAC, Ducting, Plumping (Mechanical Background)

Citadel HMC is a leading healthcare management company committed to delivering high-quality medical services through state-of-the-art facilities. We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer with a strong mechanical background to support the design, operation, and maintenance of our healthcare infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for buildings
• Prepares HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection drawings
• Creates 2D/3D models using AutoCAD and Revit
• Performs load calculations and system sizing
• Coordinates MEP layouts with architectural and structural drawings
• Ensures designs meet safety codes and project standards
• Prepares shop drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation
• Supports site engineers during installation and execution
• Identifies and resolves design clashes using BIM tools
• Works in construction companies, consulting firms, and design offices
• Requires drafting skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in MEP engineering (healthcare projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, ventilation, and plumbing design.
• Familiarity with UAE codes and healthcare facility requirements.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
