MEP DRAFTMAN

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting & Design: Create accurate 2D or 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• System Coordination: Cross-reference MEP layouts with architectural and structural plans to prevent pipe, duct, and equipment clashes.
• Revisions & Updates: Modify technical drawings based on site instructions, engineer markups, and design changes.
• Compliance Check: Ensure all plans meet project specifications, industry standards, and local municipality regulations
• Technical Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience: Typically requires 3 to 5+ years of relevant drafting experience, especially on large-scale commercial or residential projects.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, sketches, and technical calculations.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
